About the role

The Customer Service Executive supports Avery Dennison's customers by providing accurate and complete information that meets our customers needs. This role focuses on addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints to successful resolution or escalation, covering areas such as order management, quality, and lead times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Status: On-site.
  • Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints to successful resolution or escalation including order management, quality, and lead times.
  • Understand Avery Dennison's products, solutions, and services and apply this knowledge in solving customer needs.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments, including sales, order entry, finance, and operations to receive and share required information.
  • Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets by supporting commercial teams or actively selling products on their own behalf.
  • Think ahead and anticipate needs, opportunities, and concerns from the customers supported and proactively take action accordingly.
  • Deliver against key performance indicators and productivity targets for the department.

Qualifications

  • Proven foundational experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative sales support.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and standard procedures.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active listening and effective conflict-resolution capabilities.
