Job Description

1.Mc ch/ Job purpose:

  • Build Value Added to Company's brands and images to Customers
  • Maximize sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Assist Sales team to take customer's demand and generate orders
  • Provide services to customers before, during and after purchases

2.Trch nhim & Hot ng chnh/ Principal accountabilities & Key activities:

  • Keep frequent contact with customers to know their order trend
  • Key order into SAP system and manage order until goods is delivered via web portal and email.
  • Coordinate with customer and internal departments to push delivery and meet personal/team delivery budget monthly.
  • Coordinate with customs broker to do customs declaration
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, working out the best solution to the problem; conducting corrective actions, following up to ensure completed resolution.
  • Provide complete set of delivery/customs documents to Accounting department for liquidation process
  • Assist Accounting team to push payment collection.
  • Follow other jobs assigned by seniors.

3. Chuyn mn v/hoc Kinh nghim lm vic/ Education and/or Work experience

  • Customer orientation

  • Attention to details
  • At least 2-year experience in Garment industry
  • B.A or college degree preferred
  • Fair English or Chinese
  • Familiar to SAP/ERP system
  • Ability to work under pressure
