Working time:From Monday to Saturday morning 

Working location: 10th Floor, Lilama Office Building, no.56 To Huu Street, Trung Van Ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi.

II/ RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently handling and resolving customer issues and inquiries regarding LitCommerce products
  • Collaborating with Tech Support to provide timely solutions to users
  • Collecting customer reviews to boost app ratings and improve service

III/ REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in English speaking and writing skills: IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 750 equivalent;
  • Available for flexible work shifts; 
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and pursue self-directed learning;
  • Experience in customer service, e-commerce, and basic IT knowledge are advantages.

IV/ BENEFITS

  • Total target income: 9.000.000 - 13.000.000 VND/month ( Include P1, P2, P3) + Other Support 
  • Bonus: according to the team's Regulation.
  • Total target income is based on performance. Performance is evaluated quarterly, with potential for advancement.
