Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support professional skilled in resolving product issues and managing CRM systems. Fluent in Vietnamese and knowledgeable about the South African financial services ecosystem, with strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Listening to customer's concerns and handling product related complaints or queries on TAT basis.
- Contribute ideas to resolve customer problems to improve productivity.
- Maintain and update customer documentation as needed.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Strong contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Key Requirements
- Should have 3+ years of experience in Customer Support Role
- Must have good fluency with Vietnam Language; any certification in Vietnam language would be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem in South Africa, including regulations, trends, and key players.
- Familiarity with SaaS-based fintech products and services is an advantage.
- Exceptional in-person, verbal, and written communication skills a must (comfortable presenting in front of large groups)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and articulate technical product features in a business-friendly manner.
- Strong problem-solving and client-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
