This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hanoi for a Chm Sc Khch Hng - Ting Trung position at 365 Travel. The Customer Care role involves day-to-day tasks such as handling customer inquiries, providing travel assistance, managing bookings, offering tailored travel advice, and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. The position requires interactions with clients in Chinese and Vietnamese.
Key Responsible
- Manage customer interactions across multiple channels (WhatsApp, Line, phone calls).
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding travel products and services.
- Handle issues arising during guests tours by gathering information and coordinating with internal teams or external partners.
- Collect and provide necessary information related to guests travel itineraries to ensure high service quality and memorable experiences.
- Share customer feedback with relevant departments to support service improvement and overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate on tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
- College degree or higher.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (both Simplified and Traditional); HSK 5 or equivalent.
- Friendly, empathetic, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Ability to work effectively with different departments and teams.
- Fast learner with adaptability to grasp new travel-related concepts quickly.
