POSITION DESCRIPTION
Title: Customer Service Executive
Reporting To: Commercial Assistant Manager
Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact with customers to provide information about products or services.
Receive and process orders on SAP system. Work with warehouse team to manage the last mile delivery
Resolve product or service issues by addressing and understanding customers needs.
Monitor inventory and manage stock replenishment processes between warehouses.
Prepare quarterly, monthly Brand Depletion reports
Work cooperatively and cross-functionally with procurement, supply chain & Finance to follow up order, keep update regarding shipment, follow up with stockmovement, prepare paperwork's, arrange samples when needed.
Effective stock needs planning based on customer demand and forecast by brands, by SKUs, by market
Prepare and present daily and monthly Power BI reports
Complete the Ad hoc tasks required from Line Manager.
PERSONAL SPECS
Have from 3-4 years experience as Customer Service or Supply Chain position
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Bachelor s degree in economics, business administrator or related majors.
Good at data analysis using Microsoft Excel or Power BI.
Business English.
Pursue good communications, problem-solving and time-management skills.
Experience with SAP systems and practices preferred.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays, as needed.
