POSITION DESCRIPTION
Title: Customer Service Executive
Reporting To: Commercial Assistant Manager
Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer customers telephone queries, prepare sales documentation, communicate, and handle customer information.
- Raise Sales orders, Consignment, FOC on SAP system and quotations for clients.
- Follow the order from raising SO Sending SO to Accountant and warehouse
- Check delivery status
- Follow payment status.
- Take care all clients information contracts/payment terms.
- Keep track inventory and coordinate goods between warehouses.
- Send daily and monthly sale reports.
- Build or Update the required reports aligned with team objectives .
- Complete the Ad hoc tasks required from Line Manager.
PERSONAL SPECS
- Have from 1-2 years experience as Customer Service position
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience with SAP systems and practices preferred.
- Good communication skills and working usage of English.
