Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Title: Customer Service Executive

Reporting To: Commercial Assistant Manager

Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer customers telephone queries, prepare sales documentation, communicate, and handle customer information.
  • Raise Sales orders, Consignment, FOC on SAP system and quotations for clients.
  • Follow the order from raising SO Sending SO to Accountant and warehouse
  • Check delivery status
  • Follow payment status.
  • Take care all clients information contracts/payment terms.
  • Keep track inventory and coordinate goods between warehouses.
  • Send daily and monthly sale reports.
  • Build or Update the required reports aligned with team objectives .
  • Complete the Ad hoc tasks required from Line Manager.

PERSONAL SPECS

  • Have from 1-2 years experience as Customer Service position
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience with SAP systems and practices preferred.
  • Good communication skills and working usage of English.
