Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Verifying orders, including customers personal information and payment details.
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Check closely delivery date and plan to book truck with transport company
  • Compiling monthly sales reports.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
  • Receive transportation information and then do in system to get delivery note and post order / E-invoice to give warehouse stockkeeper and driver.
  • Follow up and handle occurring issues in delivery period such as broken truck, exchange truck, delay
  • Receive goods return request from customer or sales team, compile documents according to Goods
  • Other tasks as requested

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Desired:

  • College/University degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience (manufacturing/warehouse experience is a plus).
  • Basic supply chain/logistics knowledge.
  • Software skills not mandatory (training provided).
  • Intermediate English.
  • Hardworking, able to work under pressure, and open to overtime when required.
