Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Consultant located in the Philippines or Dubai. The Customer Service Consultant will manage day-to-day communication with clients, address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality customer experiences. Core responsibilities include providing seamless customer support, identifying and addressing customer needs, and fostering satisfaction and loyalty through effective problem-solving and interpersonal interactions.
