About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional support through live chat, phone, and email. This role focuses on resolving client issues, handling feedback, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with departmental documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line customer support via live chat, phone, and email.
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues related to products, platforms, and promotions.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Record and update customer data and relevant information.
  • Support documentation needs and assist with translation for customer announcements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible work approach.
  • Hands-on experience in quality assurance.
  • Strong communication skills, including delivering constructive feedback.
  • Coaching or mentoring capability.
