Position Summary & Objective

Maintains sales orders by editing and creating new sales orders for key account(s). Prepares reports by compiling and sorting information that is relevant to key account(s) sales orders, and then enters the information into a customer portal. Provide excellent customer service to key account(s) while supporting Key Account Managers & Sales Directors in maintaining outstanding relationships.

Essential Functions Performed by the Position

  • Sales Order Processing
  • Editing and Creating New Sales Orders
  • Selecting distribution location of Sale Orders
  • Order expediting by liaising with other Crane Authentication facilities.
  • Reporting on Sales Orders
  • Complies information of Open and Closed Sales Orders Multiple times a day
  • Enters report information into a customer portal
  • Reviews for 100% accuracy
  • Following Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) for US Customer Care Team & Internal Partners the department.
  • Monitoring key account(s) tracking &ordering system information to ensure a quality experience
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 1 2 years of data entry experience or related office experience.

Certifications/Licenses:

  • None

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Organization skills to successfully work to strict deadlines, prioritize workload, and work under pressure
  • Flexibility to accommodate ever-changing working environment and demands placed upon it
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to communicate at ease across all organizational levels
  • Thoroughness and the ability to work accurately by paying close attention to detail quickly
  • Typing 40+ Words Per Minute & Excellent I.T (Information Technology). Skills Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Maintain company and customer confidentiality
  • Possess a positive, professional, can-do attitude
  • Must be able to fit into a culture where teamwork, empowerment and dedication is of utmost importance.
