Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via outbound calls, inbound calls, emails, chat, and messages to assist with travel advice, accommodation inquiries, cancellations, changes, and complaints.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools, methods, and processes.
- Ensure high-quality customer care and a positive customer experience.

Work Schedule:
- 2 days off per week
- Rotating shifts 24/7, 9 hours per shift (including 1.5-hour break)
- Day shifts: 07:0016:00 | 09:0018:00 | 12:0021:00 | 13:0022:00
- Night shifts: 19:0004:00 | 20:0005:00 | 21:0006:00 | 22:0007:00
- Night shift allowance: 30% of basic salary
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent (higher education is a plus)
- Proficient in English (speaking, listening, writing, and reading) 100% English working environment
