YOUR TASKS:
Role Purpose: Provide end to end tracing services to customers, DHL stations, and the network in accordance with global and regional service standards and process and contribute towards the achievement of the organization's goals and objectives.
. Provide full tracing service for customers and other DHL stations by investigating undelivered, returned, misrouted,delayed, lost and damaged shipments (different kinds of service incidents)
. Handle and respond to all tracing enquiries confidently and knowledgeably in accordance with the global CS,process, creating a win-win outcome for the customers and for DHL
. Demonstrate professionalism and deliver best-in-class customer service to all internal and external customers
. Highlight areas for improvement with suggested solu tions to improve DHL's procedures, technology and serviceso as to positively enhance our customers experience with DHL
. Assist the Customer Care Supervisor (if applicable) to carry out relevant CS orientation/training programs for new orexisting CS staff
YOUR PROFILE:
. Diploma in Business (preferable) or equivalent
.5 years experience in Customer Service in service-related industry, handling and resolving customers issues and complaints
.Language: Vietnamese & English (fluent written and spoken)
. Substantial experience in customer service within a call center environment along with experience in complaints and claims handling in a service environment
. Excellent spoken and written language skill with a confident, professional and positive demeanor
. Excellent interpersonal skills and relates well with customers and co-workers from all levels
