Job Description
  • Receive and handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms.
  • Support customers with issues related to the travel application.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products/services, policies, and terms of use.
  • Assist customers with service changes, refunds/cancellations, and complaint handling.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience through fast, professional, and friendly responses.
  • Escalate special or critical cases to management when necessary.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or above; experience in Call Center or Customer Service is an advantage.
  • English proficiency: 100% English working environment. English test required during the interview.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills (Email, Excel, Word) and able to work on multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills with flexible problem-solving ability.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, calm and professional under pressure.
Salary & Benefits
  • Average monthly income: VND 10,000,000 12,000,000, including:
  • Basic salary: VND 7,500,000/month
  • Meal allowance: VND 500,000/month
  • Night shift allowance: 30% of basic salary
  • Job allowance: VND 1,000,000/month (applied after 2-month probation)
  • KPI bonus: VND 900,000 1,200,000/month
  • 100% salary during 2-month probation
