OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support users of a Flight Ticket Application. The role involves handling customer inquiries and resolving travel-related issues through multiple communication channels while delivering an excellent customer experience in a 100% English-speaking environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between customers and partners to handle inquiries with light to medium complexity via inbound/outbound calls, email, chat, and messaging.
- Support customers with travel-related issues including:
- Flight modifications
- Cancellations & refunds
- Complaints and service inquiries
- Additional travel advice
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using internal tools, processes, and guidelines.
- Escalate and update serious or exceptional cases promptly.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and positive user experience.
- Continuously update knowledge related to products, policies, and customer service procedures.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent (college major related to Tourism, Hospitality, or Customer Service is an advantage).
- Fluent English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing (100% English working environment).
- At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service or related roles.
- Good communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (24/7).

Breakdown:
- Base Salary: VND 8,000,000
- Meal Allowance: VND 500,000
- Voice Allowance: VND 1,000,000 (for inbound handling)
- Night Shift Allowance: 30% of base salary
- Monthly KPI Bonus: VND 900,000 1,200,000 (based on performance)
