Job Description

Job Summary

  • Work location: AEON MALL Da Nang Thanh Khe (Da Nang), AEON MALL Thanh Hoa (Thanh Hoa), AEON MALL Ha Long (Quang Ninh)
  • Working time: Work in Shift
  • Report to: Site Manager.

What You Do

  • Manage and supervise the activities of the customer service and trolley staff
  • Plan training, evaluate work performance and propose process improvements
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to handle feedback, lost items and arising situations
  • Ensure service quality at the information desk, trolley area and customer contact points
  • Make periodic reports on service quality and team performance

What We Require

  • College degree or higher in Customer Service, Administration, Tourism, Restaurant Hotel or related
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably working at a shopping mall, supermarket or hotel
  • Communication skills: Use polite language, gentle gestures, friendly eyes.
  • Good situation handling and team management skills.
  • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Priority is given to candidates with good communication skills in English or Japanese
