Role Description

As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the CRM database, analyzing customer data, and improving customer engagement strategies. Responsibilities include tracking customer interactions, developing targeted marketing campaigns, and working closely with sales and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience. This on-site role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Qualifications

  • At least 01 years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, or marketing technology role
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Project Management to manage CRM-related initiatives and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in e-commerce or publishing industries is a plus.
