Position Summary
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, Customer Marketing Executive is responsible for helping company to develop, implement and Deliver Sale/Brand Objective per channel/ customer (Volume, Visibility, Promotional activities plus all in store merchandising solutions). In addition, Customer Marketing Executive is responsible to assist tabulation of all Customer Marketing budget and preparation of reports in readiness for channel analysis.
Location: 1 headcount for Hanoi & 2 headcounts in HCMC
You will play an essential role to:
1)Promotion Planning & Report
- To aid in the development of channels and customers strategies and promotional planning in line with brand strategies and category vision.
- Work with Sales and Marketing team to assist in development & implementation of retailer's activation plans to meet short-, medium- and long-term objectives.
- Prepare reports for analysis purposes by customers/channels/regions in relations for identifications to tap on opportunities and/or close potential gaps.
- Ensure timely execution of promotional activities and monitor their effectiveness.
- Deliver the merchandising guidelines for new launches or re launches aided by the team.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities in the sale channel.
- Prepare regular reports on trade marketing activities, including performance metrics and ROI analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of trade marketing strategies.
2)Budget Planning & Monitoring
- Manage trade marketing budgets for the sale channel, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Track and report on the performance of trade marketing activities against budget.
3)POSM Develop and Management
- Oversee the creation and distribution of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Ensure POSM materials are aligned with brand guidelines and promotional strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Any Degree/Diploma but specialty in Management/Business Administration/Marketing preferred
- At least 2 - 3 years Key Accounts / Brand/ Trade Marketing experience in FMCG industry
- Ability to contribute fully and work within cross functional teams
- Proven experience leading and driving complex projects
- Good understanding of brand/trade marketing and sale channel (GT/MT/Ecom)
- Ability to operate in dynamic, fast changing environment
- IT Skills: Ms Office
- Good communication in both oral and written (English)
