Lead end-to-end quantitative research, including research design, questionnaire development, sampling, execution, analysis, and reporting.
Design and support qualitative research initiatives by developing discussion guides, working with research agencies, and synthesizing key consumer insights.
Ensure research quality, methodological rigor, and best practices across all consumer research projects.
Continuously improve research methodologies and introduce new approaches to better understand consumer behavior.
Conduct market sizing, segmentation, consumer profiling, and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
Translate consumer and market insights into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
Support the development of recurring consumer and market intelligence reports.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
Analyze quantitative research data and behavioral data to generate structured, evidence-based insights.
Integrate research findings with internal business context to provide holistic recommendations.
Prepare concise reports and presentations tailored for different stakeholder groups.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability throughout the research process.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership
Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, BI, and Commercial teams to support insight-driven decision making across both Payment and Credit businesses.
Independently manage multiple research projects and external research agencies with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate ownership, influence stakeholders, and proactively identify research opportunities.
Contribute to developing Consumer Intelligence capabilities, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
Must have:
4–6 years of experience in Consumer Intelligence, Market Research, or Consumer Insights with strong expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research.
Proven ability to independently lead end-to-end research projects, from research design and execution to insight generation and recommendation.
Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate research findings into clear, actionable business insights.
Hands-on experience with quantitative research tools (SPSS preferred) and survey platforms (Qualtrics, Alchemer, or equivalent).
Strong ownership and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing multiple projects and external research agencies.
Nice To Have
Experience in Fintech, Payments, E-commerce, Digital Platforms, FMCG, or Consulting.
Ability to integrate consumer insights with business context to support product, marketing, or commercial decision-making.
Familiarity with behavioral analytics, BI tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI), or data visualization.
