About The Role
We're looking for a
Customer Financing Product Specialist to help make VinFast products more accessible through smart, customer-friendly financing solutions. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day performance of our financing products, work closely with sales and partners, and ensure customers have a smooth experience from application to purchase.
You'll sit at the intersection of
product, finance, and customer experience, helping remove affordability barriers and drive adoption of our e-scooters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize customer financing options (installment plans, loans, BNPL, leasing, etc.) for e-scooter purchases
- Act as the subject-matter expert for financing products across sales, customer support, and retail partners
- Support customers by explaining financing terms, eligibility, and application processes clearly and accurately
- Work closely with financing partners, banks, or fintech providers to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution
- Monitor financing performance metrics (approval rates, conversion, drop-offs, defaults) and propose improvements
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to improve checkout and financing journeys (online and offline)
- Train sales teams and dealers on financing products and best practices
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, consumer protection rules, and internal policies
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to support new financing product launches
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 24 years of experience in financing products, fintech, consumer lending, or retail finance
- Strong understanding of consumer financing concepts (interest rates, credit checks, repayment terms)
- Experience working with external financial partners is a plus
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
