The Expert for Customer Experience & Benchmark Analysis will work to capture the customer requirements for the complete vehicle in the different markets and also to provide to the Customer Perspective solid data about the benchmark in those different markets as well as analyze Voice of Customer issue to improve CTF testing and VF products
Position Responsibilities
CTF Subjective benchmark coordination
To provide to the CTF team robust and regularly updated information about the competitors in the different markets, covering in detail the scope of all relevant vehicle attributes & customer expectation.
To organize the driving sessions with CTF vehicles across market and different service suppliers to make it possible to assess the status of the vehicle, positioning our products against the existing benchmark.
To work together with qualified testing organizations, to have specific benchmark when required. Capture all CTF subjective & issue on VF system and coordinate with cross function team to dive product improvement based on database
Customer perspective testing improvement
To create a CTF database for the company, capturing the requirements of the different markets considering the vehicle usage, environmental conditions, customer trends vs current features of VF products
To analyze Voice of customer and field issues across market to see trend of market. Coordinating to dive preventive action from CTF team by enhancing test capability
Requirements
Position Requirements:
Education/ Professional Knowledge
Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer or equivalent work experience (15+ years) with solid knowledge in complete vehicle & benchmark assessment.
Experience in wide portfolio of markets, knowledge of differences in terms of vehicle specifications and linkage to the development needs.
Solid background for the detailed vehicle assessment for complex attributes like Vehicle dynamics, or vehicle Performance & Customer experience
Skill, Experience
Prefer Vietnamese candidate
Experience in driving event, vehicle benchmark for complete vehicle assessment
Excellent communication skills.
Autonomous working capacity.
Flexibility to travel (>30% of the time)
Expert driving skills
Experience in vehicle development & problem solving, interaction with Engineering modules. Background about the main regulatory aspects of the vehicles for the different markets.
