Role Overview:
We are looking for a German-speaking Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our internal teams and our German-speaking clients. In this role, you will be the face of the company, ensuring client satisfaction and translating business needs into actionable project goals.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent German communication skills, solid logical thinking, and a foundational understanding of business analysis or data concepts. We are looking for an individual who excels at building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring seamless service delivery without needing to dive into technical details.
Key Responsibilities:
Account & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the dedicated lead for assigned German-speaking accounts, managing all day-to-day communications and high-level queries.
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring their business objectives are understood and met.
- Navigate project scopes, timelines, and deliverables to ensure clients feel supported and informed at every stage.
- Lead progress updates and feedback sessions, identifying opportunities for continuous service improvement and account growth.
Business Analysis & Requirement Management
- Gather, analyze, and structure business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain core BA documentation.
- Translate high-level or ambiguous business ideas into clear, implementable tasks and workflows.
- Support the IT team in understanding service requirements, business logic, and expected outcomes.
- Interpret data outputs and present insights in clear business language for decision-making.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Native or Professional-level fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts.
- Experience working across business, operations, and technical teams in dynamic environments.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end service delivery, including digital, automated, and human-assisted processes..
