Job Description

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a Customer Development Supervisor for the Healthcare Channel Marketing Team. The role focuses on developing, managing, and nurturing customer relationships through CRM, Telemarketing programs and Nutrition Call Center while leading a team of customer operations staff to support key nutrition brands in the healthcare channel (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies).

Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Customer Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute short- and longterm customer management, development, and loyalty plans aligned with the Marketing strategy.
  • Identify new customers and manage existing loyal customer groups within the healthcare channel.
  • Participate in building the annual AOP: customer targets, budget planning, and execution roadmap.
  • Implement and supervise Telemarketing and CRM programs to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Lead, assign tasks, and oversee a team of 1020 Customer Development Operators to ensure performance, efficiency, and onbudget execution.
  • Build and maintain customer data systems; analyze feedback and consumer behavior to provide timely improvement recommendations.
  • Train, coach, and support the development of the customer operations team.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Customer Development.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing

Experience

  • 12 years of experience in a similar role within FMCG, food, dairy, or multinational corporations.
  • Experience in customer development, customer care, or CRM programs.
  • Knowledge of FMCG/food categories/nutrition and healthcare channel is a strong plus.

Skills

  • Strong analytical & planning skills (especially CRM planning).
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Creativity and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Leadership and coaching capability to manage frontline customer operations staff.
