KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Solution Development
- Component Development: Develop, test, and deploy jobs, processes, and web services to support marketing campaigns and decisioning strategies across CRM, MarTech, and AdTech.
- Integration and Performance Optimization: Integrate platform solutions with internal systems and cloud platforms, ensuring optimal data flow and performance.
- Data Modeling & Pipeline Development: Design and build data models, ETL workflows, and audience segmentation logic for BigQuery, DWH, and real-time systems.
- Data Mart Management: Maintain the Data Mart with focus on data quality, ETL reliability, and security.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure platform applications - including data mappings, business rules, and campaign definitions.
- Validation & Automation: Implement event validation, attribution checks, and bidding automation logic.
2. Solution Architecture
- Architectural Design: Contribute to platform architecture improvements (scalability, performance) across CRM, MarTech, and AdTech.
- Best Practices: Follow and promote development standards, including documentation and version control.
- Solution Design: Build and document technical solutions with clear data flow, logic, and error handling.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Development, Data Engineer, or Computer Science.
- Open to candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Data Engineer or Backend Developer.
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or digital banking industries is a plus.
- Proficient in Java/ Spring, SQL Procedural Language, XML, and scripting languages.
- Experiences with BigQuery, Snowflake, Airflow, Kafka, dbt
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL-based data analysis.
- Familiar with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and best practices in system development/maintenance.
