Customer Communication Intern

Location: Ho Chi Minh City (Ph Nhun District office)

Type: Internship (3 months) with opportunity for full-time conversion

Start Date: Flexible, ideally October or November 2025

Working hours: Flexible working hours (open for discussion): on-site office working hours (3 times a week: 2-6pm) + remote chat management (Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm, Sat 9am-6pm )

Were building a new minimalist skincare brand based in Vietnam. Our mission is to create simple, trustworthy products that help people feel confident in their daily lives. As an early-stage startup, every team member plays a huge role in shaping who we are and how we grow.

The Role

Were looking for someone who truly loves skincare and loves talking to people. This is not just a job where you reply to messages. Youll be the voice of our brand to our customers, building relationships, making them feel heard, and helping them discover whats right for their skin.

This is not a 9-to-5 role. Because of the nature of our business, youll often need to engage with customers during evenings and weekends. Most importantly, you need to genuinely enjoy customer interaction.

What Youll Do

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries across platforms (website, social, chat, etc.)
• Interact with existing customers and nurture long-term relationships
• Engage with customers on social media in an authentic, brand-aligned way
• Analyze customer interactions and feedback to help us improve
• Work directly with the founder on communication strategy and execution

What Were Looking For

• Based in Ho Chi Minh City (can work remotely, but must be here)
• Fluent in English (MUST)
• Strong passion for skincare and interacting with people
• No hard requirements on education, major, or GPA
• Used to startup working culture
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and excited to grow with the company
• Possible to work full time after the internship (ex. if you are in university, should be in your final year)
