Overview Of The Role
- Apply analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies and recommend actionable deliveries to for data migration, system build
- Understand of data structure to quickly generate ad-hoc data to support business
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize MIS dashboards for business performance tracking and management reporting.
- Continuously enhance existing dashboards to improve usability, accuracy, and business relevance.
- Manage and deliver routine MIS reports accurately and on time based on agreed cycles and SLAs.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of data used across all reports.
- Review and optimize existing reporting processes to reduce manual workload and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze data trends and generate actionable insights to support business growth and performance.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build, implement, track, and improve decision-making strategies.
- Support business units with ad hoc data extraction, analysis, and reports.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher is required.
- 4-5 years relevant experience
- Strong technical skills in using SAS/SQL, and other languages
- Good communication and demonstration on decision making abilities
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Data design and management
- Qlik/Tableau
- Banking/financial industry experience
- Experience in data platform build
- Data-driven & logical thinking
- Multi-task performance and teamwork attitude
- Proactive and be able to work independently
- Willing to go extra miles
- Positive outlook with a can-do mindset
