  • Develop and implement corporate culture programs, internal communication activities, and initiatives that reinforce company values and behavioral standards.
  • Plan and organize cultural activities, employee engagement programs, and internal events to enhance employee connection and organizational alignment.
  • Coordinate and deliver culture-related training programs, onboarding activities, and workshops according to the company's annual development plan.
  • Conduct employee surveys related to workplace environment and cultural engagement; analyze feedback and propose improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report the effectiveness of culture development and training activities while continuously driving improvement actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate culture development, internal communications, employee engagement, training, or organizational development.
  • Strong experience in planning and organizing training programs, internal events, and cultural activities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze survey data, generate insights, and prepare reports.
  • Creative, proactive, people-oriented, and highly collaborative with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience in culture transformation or organizational development initiatives is an advantage.
  • Good command of English is a plus.
