What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content for cultural accuracy, sensitivity, and appropriateness
- Identify material that is culturally inappropriate, outdated, or likely to cause offence
- Provide regional context and suggest culturally relevant alternatives
- Evaluate whether translations and localizations feel natural to a native audience
- Work across diverse content types including text, images, and recommendations
- Submit structured, detailed feedback using provided evaluation tools
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Deep, firsthand familiarity with the culture, customs, and social norms of your region
- Able to identify cultural nuances and missteps that outsiders would likely overlook
- Strong written communication skills — you can clearly explain your reasoning
- Open-minded, thoughtful, and consistent in your evaluations
- No academic background in cultural studies required — lived experience is what counts
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in translation, localization, journalism, or content moderation
- Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
- Knowledge of regional cultural variations within your country or language group
