Job description
- Plan, conduct, and lead Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability audits, including but not limited to amfori BSCI, SMETA, SA8000, RBA, SLCP, and client-specific Codes of Conduct.
- Perform ESG audits and assessments in accordance with established frameworks and standards such as Higg FEM, GRS/ TE, SASB, SBTi, ISO 14001, and CBAM.
- Evaluate clients performance across key sustainability pillars — environment, labor and human rights, health and safety, business ethics, and management systems.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to enhance ESG compliance and performance.
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate audit reports, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with internal quality standards and client expectations.
- Stay updated on global trends, emerging regulations, and best practices in corporate sustainability, social compliance, and environmental management.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to support the implementation of corrective actions and promote long-term sustainability objectives.
- Contribute to auditor training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Working Experience
To succeed in this role as a CSR / ESG Lead Auditor at our partner, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or applied bachelor's degree), preferably in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical disciplines.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate sustainability, social compliance auditing, or ESG assessment.
- Language: Strong proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Chinese speaking is an advantage.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CSR auditing standards such as amfori BSCI, SMETA, RBA or Higg FEM, and understanding of key ESG frameworks ( GRS/ TE, CBAM, SBTi) and protocols is an advantage.
- Professional Certification:APSCA CSCA qualification required. Applicants registered at the ASCA level will also be considered during application screening.
