CS Admin Internship (Tan Phu, HCM)

1. Support to CS team/ H tr B phn CS

• Cross checking information between the received sample and TRF; taking samples photos and record information in internal system: Daily worksheet/ Elims/ H tr CS team i chiu thng tin mu nhn vi phiu ng k nh km, chp hnh mu v nhp cc thng tin t phiu yu cu kim nghim h thng ni b (Daily Work sheet/ Elims).
• Send daily report lists to all other department to ensure all reports are released to customer in time, avoid any missing report / Lp danh sch cc bo co n hn phi gi hng ngy cho cc b phn lin quan theo di, nhm trnh thiu xt
• Create invoice template in Elims / H tr pht hnh ha n trn h thng Elims
• Cooperate with CS team to support complete purchasing process from subcontractors/ suppliers in COUPA system / H tr thc hin cc thao tc thanh ton lin quan n nh thu ph, nh cung cp trn h thng COUPA

2. Others/ Khc:

• Receive and send final contract; returned sample by courier / Nhn v gi hp ng, mu tr li khch hng.
• Following up status of using stationery in CS team and arrange new purchasing when needed/ Theo di vic s dng v mua mi cc loi vn phng phm phc v cho cng vic hng ngy, h tr lu tr h s trong warehouse ngn np, gn gang.

3. Support others admin tasks related to LEAN/ 5S or Company's general procedure.. when required/ H tr cc cng vic admin khc lin quan n LEAN/ 5S/ cc qui trnh chung ca cng ty nu cn

• Fresh graduate or experienced in Customer Service or Administrator is an advantage/ Mi tt nghip hoc c kinh nghim trong Dch v khch hng hoc Nhn vin vn phng l mt li th
• Graduated from College /Tt nghip Cao ng tr ln
• English: Reading Document, Writing and Speaking Basic level. /Ting Anh: c hiu ti liu, vit v Ni C bn.
• Work independent, team work and Microsoft office skill/ Lm vic c lc, lm vic nhm v k nng vi tnh vn phng
• Good communication is in advantage/ Giao tip tt l mt li th.
