Role Description

This full-time role is responsible to support the overall proposals - sales - operations process for cruise line business (ship handling & shore excursions) and special groups (MICE) tour business. On a daily basis you will be communicating with cruise lines and agents from around the globe to design proposals and handle reservations when cruises come to Vietnam. You are responsible for the following up of all upcoming reservations, pending quotations, finalising invoicing. You must have strong product & destination knowledge on suppliers for travel arrangements throughout Vietnam. You should be willing to travel within Vietnam to be on site for operations during cruise line visits and group operations (potential travel to popular sea ports like Phu My, Hiep Phuoc, Nha Trang, Danang, Chan May, Halong Bay, Phu Quoc, Con Dao or others)

You must have excellent communication skills as you will be required to liaise with customers in English. Your ability to multitask and work under pressure is essential for this role. Ensuring a timely response with the highest attention to detail is critical for this role.

Qualifications

• Native-fluency in Vietnamese language. Advanced English Level.
• Minimum 3 years experience with Inbound Tour Operator (or related field)
• Strong advantage for candidates with experience handling cruise ship shore excursion
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Very detail-oriented and well organized
• Positive attitude, friendly, team-player, self-motivated and ambitious
• Passionate about travel and working in the travel industry
• Good destination knowledge of Vietnam and Southeast Asia
• Ability to work under pressure especially during critical periods
• Active, willing & able to travel often throughout Vietnam during high season
