CRM, SEO & Content Intern
Position Type: Intern with full-time staff conversion potential
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Duration: 6 months internship (with allowance)
Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and content-oriented intern with a strong focus on SEO, content positioning, and market intelligence.
This role sits at the crossroads ofcontent optimization, search visibility, and cross-department project management.
You will help Forvis Mazars Vietnam strengthen its market presence by building search-aligned content, competitive insights, and CRM-driven intelligence that supports long-term demand generation.
Your main goal will be to optimize acquisition cost for enquiry, brand awareness and qualified demand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content & Event Optimization
- Act as an operational planification bridge between local BD, Marketing, Technical and Group digital teams. Coordinate content and event calendars.
- Act as a content quality checkpoint between Technical, BD, and Marcom. Ensure content is search-aligned, human-readable, and structurally sound before publishing
- Support internal teams with insights on: what clients are searching for, which topics resonate and demand exists
- Support monthly/quarterly performance reviews and prioritization
2. Content Architecture Engineering
- Support the design and execution of SEO/AEO-driven content strategy aligned with Vietnam-specific market narratives.
- Build and maintain up-to-trends keyword clusters for each of Forvis Mazars services.
- Build and maintain content architecture and sitemap design, ensuring logical topic coverage and clear internal linking
- Translate search behavior intoaudience insights.
- Contribute to thought leadership content built to rank (articles, insights, sector briefs). Adapt content tone, examples, and framing to user profiles.
- Treat content and data as reusable intellectual capital. Help structure content and insights so they can be reused across: Website, LinkedIn, Newsletters and Events.
3. SEO/AEO Search Friendly Optimization
- Support SEO & AEO optimization for both search engines and AI-based search engines.
- Identify weak, outdated, or misaligned pages and propose improvements.
- Analyze authority and backlink signals and support improvement initiatives.
- Track rankings, visibility, and content performance using analytics tools.
- Perform page-level analysis and optimization:
- Titles, meta descriptions, headings
- Content depth and structure
- CTAs and conversion paths
- Schema and organic internal link
4. Competitor & SERP Intelligence
- Conduct SERP-based competitor analysis, including:
- Content angles and narratives
- Keyword ownership and positioning
- Detection of new pages and emerging themes
- Benchmark competitor content structure, depth, and messaging.
- Monitor content movement and shifts in search intent across key service lines.
5. CRM & Data
- Maintain and enrich CRM.
- Maintain existing Marketing Automations
- Support data intent enrichment to connect SEO insights with BD targeting.
6. Campaign & Project Coordination
- Apply Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles to align content and campaigns with priority accounts and sectors.
- Support multi-channel content distribution (website, LinkedIn, newsletters).

Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree (or final-year student) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data, Technology, or related fields.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Strong interest/skills in SEO, content strategy, and digital market intelligence.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools: GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs.
- Experience with CRM & databases (Airtable preferred).
- Understanding foreign-owned business operations in professional services (accounting, tax, legal, audit, financial advisory, payroll).
- Copywriting or content editing skills.
