Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage CRM & loyalty programs to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Design loyalty programs, including marketing campaigns, point accumulation mechanics, rewards, and sales promotion activities.
  • Analyze customer and sales data to conduct customer segmentation, generate insights, and track campaign performance.
  • Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives and field activation activities.
  • Manage point-of-sale materials (POSM) and ensure consistent brand image at the point of sale.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Manage customer communication through CRM channels and digital platforms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Experience in the building materials, construction, or cement industry is preferred.
  • Strategic thinking with a strong operational excellence mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work in Central Vietnam (Da Nang City)
