Your responsibilities:
Database & Data Integrity: Act as the central administrator for the CRM, ensuring data is accurate, deduplicated, and standardized through regular cleansing and process documentation.
Technical Administration: Manage system health, user permissions, and integrations while providing technical support for automation and multichannel/ omnichannel solutions.
Segmentation & Campaigns: Execute data-driven segmentation to support targeted marketing and manage the technical flow of the Sales Funnel to track lead quality.
Reporting & Analysis: Monitor CRM health and customer behavior by delivering periodically analytical reports to track KPIs and campaign performance.
Internal Support: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Ops) to optimize CRM workflows and system usage.
Report to CEM Manager/ Department Head
Your qualifications and competencies:
Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or IT (data analysis/ statistics).
Experience: 2-3 years in CRM/Data Admin. (Automotive/Luxury experience preferred).
Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) & MS Office.
Proficient in CRM and Email Marketing tools.
Basic Data Visualization (Power BI/Looker Studio) is a plus.
Detail-oriented (precision is the key), analytical, and process-focused.
Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
Bilingual: English & Vietnamese.
