Ideate innovative tactics to reach out to new potential qualified creators, onboard and closely manage suitable creators to drive the growth of the product;
Collaborate with internal & cross-functional teams by giving feedback on creators needs and pain points, highlight creators & support their initiatives;
Initiate, negotiate and execute exciting measurable partnership solutions in line with business objectives and strategy.
What you will need
8+ years of related experience;
Experience with the digital content landscape, eg live, short videos, creators and especially talent management agency/influencer marketing agency;
Strong connections with creators and agencies preferred;
Experience in data-driven and highly analytical roles;
Team player who is comfortable with ambiguity, and with evolving the role as the product evolves.
