1. Job Description:
- Manage, develop, and drive growth for creators
- Build content strategies and development roadmaps for creators
- Establish onboarding, engagement, and retention systems for creators
- Lead the Creator Growth / Creator Success team
- Manage and coordinate team members to ensure work progress and performance
- Oversee booking contract execution, ensuring mutual benefits between creators and brands
2. Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a managerial/leader role in creator growth and development
- Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, TikTok Shop policies, and operational tools (Seller Center, Affiliate Center)
- Ability to analyze key metrics (GPM, CTR, CVR, AOV, etc.) and make data-driven decisions
- Strong leadership, delegation, and team motivation skills
- Existing network with Brands, Sellers, or KOC/KOLs is a strong advantage
- Ability to work under high pressure (especially during Mega Campaign periods), with strong adaptability to market trends
