Overview
This role is responsible for shaping operational strategy, building scalable growth frameworks, and driving overall business performance. Beyond execution management, the Project Manager is expected to identify growth opportunities, develop scalable operating models, and continuously optimize creator and campaign performance.
The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking, TikTok platform understanding, and operational leadership within fast-paced creator commerce environments.
Key Responsibilities
Social Commerce Growth Strategy
- Develop and drive strategic growth plans across creator strategy, livestream operations, and brand partnership
- Identify business opportunities, scalable creator models, and high-potential commerce categories to support long-term growth
- Analyze platform trends, campaign performance, and creator insights to recommend growth strategies and operational priorities
- Build scalable approaches to improve GMV performance, creator retention, and campaign effectiveness
Operational Excellence
- Design and standardize operational frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks for creator onboarding, livestream execution, campaign management, and creator support
- Establish scalable execution models to improve operational efficiency and business performance
- Continuously optimize workflows, collaboration structures, and execution standards across teams
- Serve as the main operational contact point with platform stakeholders regarding campaigns, ecosystem initiatives, feature adoption, and operational alignment
- Stay updated on TikTok Shop ecosystem developments, platform policies, commerce trends, and livestream best practices
Creator Development
- Identify high-potential creators and scalable commerce opportunities based on platform and performance insights
- Develop creator growth strategies, livestream optimization approaches, and long-term creator success frameworks
- Drive initiatives to strengthen creator retention, performance consistency, and long-term commercial growth
Case Study Strategy & Growth Initiatives
- Identify, plan, and lead strategic growth initiatives focused on building standout creator and livestream success cases
- Drive execution toward high-impact milestones including top-performing creators, breakout campaigns, and record-performing live sessions
- Leverage key success stories to strengthen creator development, platform positioning, and Melive's market presence
Cross-functional Leadership
- Build and lead internal team and external stakeholders
- Align internal resources and priorities to ensure effective execution across multiple campaigns and initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social commerce, creator operations, e-commerce operations, project management, or platform partnerships
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, livestream commerce, creator ecosystems, and digital commerce operations
- Proven experience in developing operational strategies, scalable systems, or growth frameworks
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and business planning capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and cross-timezone teams
- Strong business English proficiency in both verbal and written communication
- Comfortable supporting operations and stakeholders across flexible working schedules when required
- Experience working with platform ecosystems, creators, or livestream commerce operations is highly preferred
