Responsibilities:
Creative & Design Leadership
Lead and manage the in-house design team across multiple brand accounts.
Define and maintain visual standards for social commerce, e-commerce assets, and campaign creatives.
Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines, platform requirements, and commercial objectives.
Continuously elevate design quality and creative consistency across all platforms.
Creative Operations Management
Manage end-to-end design workflows including briefing, prioritization, production, and approval.
Translate business and commercial needs into clear, actionable creative briefs.
Develop templates, toolkits, and design systems to improve speed and scalability.
Optimize resource allocation to meet timelines and business priorities.
Quality Control and Compliance
Lead & manage Merchandiser team to ensure compliance with brand, platform, and regulatory requirements.
Own final creative quality control before assets go live.
Ensure accuracy of visuals, messaging, and product information.
Maintain high attention to detail and consistency across all creative outputs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner closely with Marketing, social media, Account, and Livestream teams on creative needs.
Align visual standards with livestream and e-commerce execution teams.
Manage external designers or freelancers when required.
