Responsibilities:
- Develop and pitch original concepts and formats that align with Metub Originals content direction (reality, talkshow, variety, drama, etc.).
- Work closely with talents, directors, writers, and stakeholders to create compelling, viral, and audience-relevant content.
- Oversee the full production process, from pre-production to shooting and post-production, ensuring content quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with production, post-production, and distribution teams to align on creative direction, visual identity, and content release strategies.
- Track content performance (views, engagement, audience feedback) and recommend improvements for future productions.
- Stay updated on regional and global content trends to inspire fresh directions for organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Creative Producer, Content Producer, or similar role in entertainment, media, or digital content.
- Proven hands-on experience producing talkshows, movie/web dramas, reality shows is a major plus.
- Highly creative, trend-savvy, and proactive with a strong ability to both catch and set trends.
- Excellent project management and teamwork skills.
- Strong ability to create proposals/formats and pitch ideas effectively.
- Solid understanding of digital platforms like YouTube and TikTok, and online audience behavior.
- A strong network in the entertainment industry (artists, directors, writers, etc.) is an advantage.
