Tommy are looking for a Creative Print Designer to join our talented APAC team in the Vietnam office. This might be either a confident middleweight or a keen and talented junior ready to work hard – we will hire the individual rather than the experience. We seek someone who shares our love for ideas, our fondness for creative technology, and our commitment to successful delivery of award-winning projects for the likes of Google, Netflix, Amazon, YouTube,Mastercard and our other burgeoning brand and entertainment clients.

This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to get stuck into challenging briefs from great clients. We seek someone to love our existing clients and get excited about pitching for new ones in equal measure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our new Creative Print Designer will work within the APAC creative department in the studio to bring ideas to life that resonate with our clients and their audiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about integrated marketing and have an inherent understanding of how to add value to a client's communications. She or he will also love a pitch and relish the creative ideation process.

  • Play an active role in projects from creative ideation, comping, and designing through to complex print production, packaging, and retail delivery as well as delivery of digital assets

  • Creating beautifully crafted creatives with high-quality assets for use across Digital, Social, Out of Home, Print & and shopper marketing channels, including in-store retail displays, POSM (Point of Sale Materials), and experiential activations

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement retail journeys that disrupt and convert, ensuring all print artwork aligns with the broader shopper marketing strategy and client retail guidelines

  • Work closely with other team members to improve your design skills in line with your individual goals and objeCTIVES

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

We pride ourselves on a high level of creativity and attention to detail, and are looking for someone who shows the following skills and experience

Essential Skills

  • Print production experience, specifically for shopper marketing, with deep knowledge of retail-grade printing standards, varied substrates, finishing techniques, and prepress workflows

  • Design and layout for digital with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Figma

  • Motion graphics & animation experience with After Effects

  • A strong portfolio of creative advertising campaigns

  • Ability to work in a team to deliver campaigns

  • A strong awareness of innovative technologies and a willingness to try things youʼve never tried before

  • A strong understanding of the retail landscape and shopper marketing, with a proven ability to design high-impact, disruptive retail experiences that guide the consumer journey from entrance to shelf

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in an advertising/agency environment
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments remotely
  • Ability to work both independently, and within a team
  • Fluent in English
