  1. Job Responsibilities

As a Creative Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging strategy and creativity, ensuring that brand ideas are insightful, innovative, and effectively executed.

Strategic Creative Planning

  • Lead the development of creative strategies and campaign concepts that align with client business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis, and trend forecasting to shape compelling creative directions.
  • Develop brand positioning, key messaging, and storytelling strategies to elevate brand engagement.

Creative Concept Development & Execution

  • Work closely with creative teams, designers, to translate strategic insights into breakthrough campaign ideas.
  • Develop brand activation concepts, experiential marketing strategies, and integrated communication plans.
  • Ensure all creative outputs are data-driven, consumer-centric, and aligned with market trends.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Client Engagement

  • Collaborate with Account, Creative, and Digital teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution.
  • Present creative planning insights, concept proposals, and campaign roadmaps to internal teams and clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proactively offering creative solutions.

Innovation & Trend Adaptation

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to bring fresh perspectives to campaigns.
  • Identify and implement new creative planning methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in creative planning, brand strategy, or integrated marketing within an agency environment.
  • Strong experience in brand storytelling, campaign ideation, and strategic communications.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to translate insights into compelling creative ideas.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand positioning.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote) and research tools.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
