Work alongside the account teams to define and manage the social strategy, focusing on the social outreach campaign
Work with other teams in the company to leverage all capabilities, and assets, identifying needs for content partnership and be able to present compellingly to clients and other partners.
Keep the leading role in Influencer/Content partnership among industry, always be updated, and provide solutions ahead of social trends
Set social/influencer approach & direction, to create proposals that address clients briefs and beyond.
Extend the brand strategy, consumer insights, and creative big ideas into a full-pledged social/influencer campaign.
Connect digital channels and all METUB's assets to client business & propose plans that drive growth opportunities.
Qualifications
From 3 years experience working in a digital agency as a social/influencer planner
Proven ability to create high-quality social & influencer strategy proposals
Deep understanding & strong working knowhow of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, TikTok) and Influencer
Superior communication skills for internal communication and client-facing situations.
Strong presentation and speaking skills ability both in Vietnamese and English
Independent, determined; loves taking responsibility and problem-solving.
Strong strategic and creative thinking with a passion for delivering best-in-class work.
