1. Develop the Creative Pitch - Identify potential prospects and develop creative concepts. - Work closely with the Licensing/Marketing team, Brand Assurance team to develop the presentation, then visualize it by collaborating with designers. - Present the pitch convincingly to prospects.
2. Creative and Design leadership Develop the creative direction for licensing projects to ensure the high-quality outputs that reflect both licensees objectives and the value of characters, and of course, not against the characters guidelines.
3. Designers management Lead and mentor designers. Allocate parts of the project effectively to ensure each designer's work on tasks suited to their strengths. Experience: At least 5 years of practical experience as a Creative Planner (Hands-on experience in IP/character businesses or consumer goods, leading projects end-to-end from concept development to product and visual output) Experience in world-building from a product-first perspective (Including product concept development, series planning, and experience/value design) Experience in planning and creating creative pitch decks (able to structure and develop decks independently) Experience working closely with designers/product planners/development teams and driving projects through to actual commercialization
