Main Duties:
Own the creative strategy, content direction, and production excellence of Be's marketing outputs. Lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, creatives, and copywriters to deliver high-quality, on-brand, and business-effective creative work at scale, while building a healthy, productive, and resilient team.
Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Concept Leadership
- Own creative concepts and narratives across campaigns, brand, social, CRM, and owned channels
- Translate business objectives into clear creative directions and storytelling frameworks
- Ensure consistency of tone, message, and visual language across all touchpoints
- Balance brand-building and performance-driven creative needs
Design, Content & Quality Excellence
- Oversee all creative outputs including design, illustration, motion, video, copywriting, and social content
- Review and approve concepts and final deliverables to ensure quality, clarity, and relevance
- Establish and maintain creative guidelines, templates, and best practices
- Ensure creative outputs meet both brand standards and performance requirements
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead and manage a team of 10 designers, creatives, and copywriters
- Set clear priorities, timelines, and expectations for the team
- Coach team members on craft, thinking, and collaboration
- Manage feedback, performance conversations, and conflict constructively
- Create a psychologically safe, respectful, and high-accountability team environment
Creative Operations & Productivity
- Own creative workflows from brief intake concept production delivery
- Improve briefing quality and reduce rework through clear processes
- Balance speed, quality, and workload sustainability
- Track delivery timelines, capacity, and bottlenecks; proactively solve issues
- Protect the team from unnecessary churn and last-minute chaos
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Brand, Digital, CRM, Product, HR, and Business teams
- Challenge unclear or ineffective briefs and help stakeholders clarify objectives
- Act as the creative authority while remaining collaborative and solution-oriented
- Ensure creative output supports measurable marketing and business goals
Requirements:
- 610 years of experience in creative, design, or content roles, with at least 23 years managing teams
- Strong background in visual design, creative concepting, and content storytelling
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing communications, and digital platforms
- Hands-on experience with design and video tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to manage pressure, feedback, and conflict with maturity
- Proficient in using storyboards to effectively convey ideas and showcase concepts
