Job Description

As a Creative Lead, you will take full creative ownership of producing high-impact video ads for our games. You'll manage the entire production pipeline-from initial concept and storyboarding to modeling, animation, rendering, and sound design. Your work will power our marketing efforts across social media, ad networks, and other promotional platforms.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3-5 proven experience as a Video Ad Specialist focused on mobile game advertising
• Must have created at least two (2) game video ads
• Links to these samples are required; applications without video links will not be considered
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D
• Strong skills in animation, rigging, UV mapping, and texturing
• Skilled in visual storytelling, cinematic camera work, and marketing-focused pacing
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve)
• Understanding of sound design and integrating SFX/voice into video content
• Ability to manage end-to-end production independently

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in mobile or Web3 game advertising
• Strong knowledge of the Unity Engine, including Timeline, Cinemachine, Recorder, and the ability to create/ render ads directly in Unity
• Comfortable using C# scripts to enhance animations, logic, or behaviors in ads
• Familiarity with current trends in gaming ads across TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and similar platforms

Your Daily Tasks

• Creative Ownership: Conceptualize each video ad from scratch, including storyboard, visual tone, pacing, and marketing message.
• 3D Asset Creation: Build or adapt 3D assets such as characters, props, environments, and ensure proper modeling, UV mapping, texturing, rigging, and skinning.
• Animation & Cinematics: Animate characters and objects, and create compelling camera movements to produce high-quality cinematic sequences.
• Visual & Sound Design: Enhance ads with VFX, lighting, SFX, and basic voice/dialogue syncing to strengthen storytelling and viewer impact.
• Rendering & Editing: Handle final rendering, color grading, editing, and compositing to deliver polished ads ready for multiple platforms.
• Marketing Alignment: Ensure every video ad supports marketing goals-highlighting gameplay features, emotional drivers, and user acquisition strategies.
