What You'll Do
Creative Development
- Join project debriefs and brainstorming sessions to understand client needs.
- Research visual references, trends, and creative directions.
- Support the team in developing concepts and design ideas.
Design Execution
- Create graphic design materials across digital and print platforms.
- Develop brand identity assets, social media content, presentations, and campaign visuals.
- Prepare artwork files for production and delivery.
- Assist in presentation design and client proposals.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative Directors, Account Managers, and external partners.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.

What You'll Bring
Skills

- Basic knowledge of 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, SketchUp, etc.)
Experience
- A strong portfolio is more important than formal qualifications.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative or marketing agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, or visual design projects.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
