Asia Strategic Holdings (Asia Strategic) is a London-listed investment company (ASIA:LN) with headquarters in Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City and Yangon. Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer is esponsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual content across all online and offline channels. You will play a key role in maintaining and elevating our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials for both our Kids&Us and Logiscool brands.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

1.Create and Deliver Diverse Visual Assets: Design and produce high-quality creative materials for both online and offline channels. This includes:

  • Digital advertising (Facebook, Google, TikTok, and display ads);
  • Social media content (posts, mini games), offline POSM (standees, posters, leaflets); and,
  • Large-scale OOH visuals (billboards, backdrops).

2.Support Brand Campaigns and Events: Develop comprehensive visual identity packages for major marketing campaigns (e.g., Back2School, Summer Camp) and company events, ensuring a cohesive and impactful look and feel.

3.Ensure Brand Consistency: Strictly adhere to and maintain the brand guidelines for both the Kids&Us and Logiscool brands, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.

4.Manage the Full Design Process:

  • Translate marketing briefs and insights into compelling visual concepts.
  • Execute the entire design process, from ideation and layout to final artwork and file delivery, with a focus on attention to detail and efficiency.

5.Collaborate and Innovate:

  • Work closely with the Digital team to design and test creative assets for performance optimization.
  • Proactively research and apply the latest design trends to enhance campaigns.

6.Organize and Maintain Resources: Efficiently manage the design archive, source files, and brand guidelines to streamline workflows and support future projects

Qualification and Experience Required

Qualifications:

College/University degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Communication, or related fields; any additional certification is a plus.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects/Premiere is a plus

Experience:

Proven experience designing for Digital Ads & social media with portfolio provided

Experience in POSM & print materials (preferred, especially in agency/education/FMCG).

Strong creativity, sense of aesthetics, and ability to adapt to trends.

Good time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
