JOB BRIEF:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is

responsible for developing, creating, and managing engaging content across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail, ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice, drives audience engagement, and supports our marketing goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Develop a strong understanding of both the company and the industry's products, competitors, and marketing objectives.

2. Plan, produce, and manage a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of high-quality content across all channels.

3. Create compelling and creative content, including but not limited to articles, blog posts, social media updates, videos scripts, email newsletters, and landing page copy.

4. Work closely with the design and creative teams to ensure visual assets are aligned with content

messaging and brand guidelines.

5. Optimize all content for SEO to maximize reach and visibility.

6. Analyze content performance using metrics such as engagement rates, traffic, and conversion, and use these insights to refine future content strategies.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, social media algorithms, and competitor strategies.

8. Collaborate with the Performance Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to ensure content

supports specific campaign objectives.

9. Manage relationships with external content creators, freelance writers, or influencers as needed.

10. Present content performance reports and strategic recommendations to the management team.

11. Other tasks assigned by the company.

EXPERIENCE:

Proven work experience, at least 5 years, as a Content Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content types and formats.

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and growth.

Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.

Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.

SKILLS:

Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

Strong research skills with the ability to identify trending topics and gather relevant information.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.

Operational knowledge of content and data analysis tools would be advantageous.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

The capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
