Role Summary

You will own all consumer-facing communication for the Vietnam and Thailandmarkets. This role will ensure our brand's tonality, look & feel, and overall contentstrategy are maintained while adapting to regional nuances.

Think of this role as being the bridge between global strategy and local culture. You'll take our global brand vision and make it meaningful for audiences in Vietnam & Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Consistency & Localization

Ensure all consumer-facing communication in Vietnam & Thailand reflects ourbrand voice, tone, and identity.

Adapt global content strategies to suit local cultural and market contexts.

Maintain a balance between regional relevance and global brand alignment.

Content Strategy & Execution

Develop, review, and adapt content strategies for all channels.

Create engaging, market-specific content ideas that resonate with the audiences.

Creative Oversight

Ensure campaigns, creatives, and messaging are cohesive across touchpoints.

Partner with internal design, copy, and performance teams to produce high quality assets.

Act as the brand gatekeeper for Vietnam & Thailand.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with performance, B2B, partnerships, and mid-funnel teams to fulfil creative and content requests.

Liaise with regional stakeholders to gather insights and incorporate localperspectives.

Market Understanding

Stay updated on cultural trends, consumer behaviors, and competitorcommunication in Vietnam & Thailand.

Provide insights and recommendations to refine content and creativeapproaches.

Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years xperience increative/content/brand managementor related roles.

Strong understanding ofcontent strategy, brand storytelling, andcommunication.

Native-level fluency inVietnamese(Thai proficiency a strong plus); English communication skills are a must.

Experience managing creative projects across multiple stakeholders.

A sharp eye for detail, tonality, and design aesthetics.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously

Office: 170 Tran Quang Khai, Tan Dinh Ward, District 1, HCMC

Working Hours: 9 AM 6 PM (Monday Friday)
