Role Highlight
As a Country Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Driving business growth and expanding market presence in Vietnam
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
- Leading and developing the local sales and service team
- Managing channel partners and distributors where appropriate
- Supporting strategic business initiatives and delivering value-based solutions to customers
- Working closely with regional and global teams to achieve business objectives
Who We're Looking For
- A degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Service, or Business Development within technical or industrial sectors
- Strong leadership, communication, and commercial capabilities
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience in furniture, woodworking, flooring, or related manufacturing industries is an advantage
- Willingness to travel as required
